These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ct777. Use of ct777 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:
Zero Tolerance for Underage Gaming: ct777 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed without notice. Any funds in such an Account will be forfeited. ct777 cooperates fully with any regulatory investigation into underage access.
ct777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any User at any time for the purpose of confirming age eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.
To access Real-Money Services on ct777, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any additional information requested during the registration process.
Each individual may hold only one ct777 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, ct777 reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently ban all associated Accounts, and to void any winnings generated through such Accounts.

You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. ct777 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the User, including failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect JazzCash or EasyPaisa account details.
ct777 currently accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and cryptocurrency. ct777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits made to your ct777 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform. ct777 does not charge fees on deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; however, fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the User.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ct777 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and are subject to payment provider timelines outside ct777's control. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the Cashier section.
All ct777 Accounts for Pakistani users are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ct777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies from Pakistani accounts. Currency conversion losses are the responsibility of the User where applicable.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ct777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the purpose of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to a ct777 Account are subject to Wagering Requirements, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total before withdrawal). Different games contribute different percentages toward meeting Wagering Requirements, as specified in individual promotion terms.
ct777 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus Funds where it reasonably suspects abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit promotions, coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts, or exploitation of errors in promotional mechanics.
Participation in the ct777 VIP Programme is subject to these Terms and any additional VIP-specific terms published on the Platform. VIP tier status, cashback rates, and associated benefits are determined at ct777's sole discretion and may be revised, suspended, or terminated at any time. VIP status does not constitute a contractual entitlement and may be revoked for violation of any provision of these Terms.

ct777's total aggregate liability to any User for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their ct777 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ct777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions. ct777 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond ct777's reasonable control.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that ct777 cannot guarantee winnings. By using ct777 Services, you accept full financial responsibility for all wagering decisions made through your Account.
ct777 reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend or permanently close any User Account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or identity fraud; failure to satisfy verification requirements; suspected money laundering; or any conduct that ct777 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.
Users may request closure of their ct777 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any Real-Money balance remaining in a closed Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds not yet meeting Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
Self-exclusion requests are treated as permanent unless the User has opted for a time-limited exclusion at the time of the request. Re-registration attempts during a self-exclusion period will be identified and rejected. ct777 will not be liable for winnings generated through any Account opened in contravention of a self-exclusion arrangement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ct777 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of ct777 Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting ct777 customer support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification to ct777, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body under ct777's gaming license. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this section shall prevent ct777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights in circumstances where ct777 reasonably considers such relief necessary.
